Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Item

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included and the item is in unused condition.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Drop off the package at any of our authorized courier partners or schedule a pickup as instructed by our support representative.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
